First impressions count. Someone really ingrained that message into the brain of 7-year-old Kyle Falls.
Kyle showed up to his first day of school looking quite dapper in a mini-tuxedo. He arrived in style, accompanied by NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Shelly Silver, though both men could take a little wardrobe advice from Kyle.
"It's a very, very special day," Kyle said to the New York Times. "A tuxedo is very good clothes."

The second grader said his classmates kept pointing at him.
"I don't know what they're talking about me, but I think they're saying I'm very fancy."
Very fancy, indeed!
The mayor shared this pic on his Twitter account with the caption, "Remember kids: You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Enjoy your 1st day of school!"
We hope Kyle didn't scuff up that tux at recess.
