What are hair tattoos and how to rock them

Ever since Kylie Jenner was spotted casually lounging around with a gold tattoo glttering against her jet black hair last week, beauty fiends want to know: What is that and how do I get one? The temporary tattoo is similar to flash tats that are all the rage during festival season. Jenner’s is from Scünci (available at pretty much any drugstore)and only costs $4.99.

To apply, you press the tattoo down against your hair and then dab it with a wet washcloth. After a couple minutes, peel the paper off and that’s it! The tattoo lasts until the next time you wash your hair.
