Unfortunately Halloween does not fall on a weekend this year, so which day will the kids be going trick or treating in 2017?
Last year Halloween fell on a Monday, in 2015 it fell on a Saturday, and in 2014 Halloween fell on a Friday.
The calendar is not as nice this year as Halloween falls on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Many communities hold their trick or treat events on the weekend prior, however, so check your town’s local web page.
Next year – 2018 – the date for Halloween is a Wednesday.
