A New Jersey man was arrested on Saturday and charged with stabbing his estranged wife to death and driving off in her car with their two young sons to a relative's home in South Carolina, police and prosecutors said. Police said one man died and another is still recovering aver they were gunned down while at a party early Monday.

Cops received a call about a man shot at an intersection in Laurelton, Queens at around 2:30 a.m.

 

Once they arrived, police found two men with gunshot wounds in front of a home on 137th Avenue, both thought to be attendees of a party at the Queens home.

Authorities said that a 25-year—old man was found shot in the back, with emergency workers rushing him to Jamaica hospital. Police said he remained in stable condition.

However, 20-year-old Dowayne Henry, suffered gunshot wounds to both his head and abdomen and was declared dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made and police said that they consider the investigation ongoing.
