CENTER CITY. Yesterday was the city’s third annual No Pants Subway Ride. About 75 people met and rode the Broad Street line, casually removing their pants at the Walnut-Locust stop, where they were met with both sideways looks and belly laughs.
“I think it’s great. It’s funny that so many people are participating,” said Trulen Crcil, 20, who was sitting on a subway stop bench completely surrounded by pantsless passengers. “Aren’t they cold, though?”
