3 deli workers arrested in Brooklyn fencing operation

Three deli workers from 94 Gourmet in Brooklyn were arrested for weapons charges Saturday after they agreed to buy a stolen iPhone from undercover cops, police said.

The three men agreed to buy the stolen smartphone for $30 at the deli located at 94 Tompkins Ave. As police were arresting the suspects, they found a defaced .380 black semi-automatic handgun loaded with 3 live rounds, and a Ekol Sava Magnum 9mm, a starter pistol loaded with 10 rounds.

Hassan Yahya, 57, Sultan Hussain, 29 and Robert Cepeda, 18, of Brooklyn all face several charges of criminal posession of a weapon. Cepeda and Hussain were also charged with posession of marijuana.
