Police are investigating the near-simultaneous robberies of two 7-Eleven stores in a South Jersey town early Thursday.

The robberies happened at 7-Eleven stores in Mount Laurel about 1:45 a.m., 6ABC Action News reports.

In one robbery, two armed men dressed in black held up the store at Ramblewood Shopping Center on Route 73. In the other, a lone gunman robbed the store on the 3000 block of Marne Highway.

 

No one was injured in either crime.

A clerk at a 7-Eleven in Pennsauken, N.J., was shot four times during a violent robbery last Friday.
