9/11 first responder dies from lung disease

One more Ground Zero responder died Tuesday. Long Islander William Quick, 55, worked for two months in Ground Zero’s toxic fumes and died of lung disease, his wife said. Lung infections forced his retirement from the FDNY in 2003. He’s survived by his wife and 17-year-old twins.
