Two Rutgers students accused of streaming video of another student’s gay sexual encounter before he killed himself say they never transmitted the video, according to the Newark Star-Ledger.

NEW JERSEY – Two Rutgers students accused of streaming video of another student’s gay sexual encounter before he killed himself say they never transmitted the video, according to the Newark Star-Ledger. The lawyer of Dharun Rhavi, who with Molly Wei has withdrawn from the school, said they were the only ones to see the footage. The two teenagers allegedly spied on Tyler Clementi through a webcam. He killed himself three days later.
