A Sudbury man accused of plotting terror attacks and trying to work with al Qaeda will ask a judge this week to release him on bail.

A Sudbury man accused of plotting terror attacks and trying to work with al Qaeda will ask a judge this week to release him on bail.

Tarek Mehanna, 28, was charged in 2009 with conspiring to provide material support to terrorists and kill Americans here and abroad.

A bail hearing in federal court is set for tomorrow.
