An airport subcontractor from the Elmwood section of Southwest Philadelphia has been charged with stealing a passenger's iPad from his seat, Philadelphia police announced today.

Hawa Donzo, 40, of the 2600 block of Shields Street, was arrested today in the March incident. She is an employee for Prospect Aircraft Services.

On March 23, a complainant said he left his iPad in the seat pocket on a US Airways flight from Phoenix to Philadelphia International Airport. He had registered the lost tablet with the airline but came up empty-handed.

Donzo has been charged with theft.
