Police say Hennessy set up a camera inside the bathroom of the Kickstand Cafe, located at 594 Mass Ave around 8 a.m. Saturday. Police believe Hennessy was streaming video from the camera to a device "he was using inside the common area of the restaurant."

Police seized the electronics that was allegedly used in the illicit surveillance and have plans to talk to New Hampshire authorities about Hennessy.

Police believe Hennessy may have frequented other establishments in the area.

"This is a deeply troubling case, and I commend the victim for coming forward and helping us take this offender off the streets of our community," said Arlington Police Chief Frederick Ryan.
