Hein went to Starters Pub, on Route 378, with three friends to watch a pay-per-view wrestling event. While there, she allegedly gave birth to a baby boy in the bar's restroom, put the infant in a plastic bag and discarded the "alive and viable" child in a toilet tank before going outside to smoke a cigarette.
A cleaning crew found the baby the next day.
The baby died from suffocation.
Hein is being held in Northampton County Prison without bail. She was sent to the prison Monday evening after she was arraigned.
Hein could face the death penalty if convicted, the report states.
