The ambulance, which was carrying a patient in critical condition to a local hospital, collided with two sedans around Chew Avenue and Washington Lane, according to Officer R. Strickland, a police spokesman.
Injured in the collision were a woman and her son, who were in a Honda sedan, a man in a Chevy sedan, and the ambulance driver and paramedic. All are in stable condition, according to Officer Jillian Russell, a police spokeswoman.
