The alleged suburban mom madam might get out of jail today.
Anna Gristina's lawyer, Peter Gleason, offered to put up his $2.5 million four-room Tribeca loft as collateral for her $2 million bail bond, the New York Post reported today.
The Post reported that the paperwork will be filed today in Manhattan Criminal Court to spring Gristina, accused of running a prostitution ring out of an Upper East Side apartment.
Meanwhile, her alleged conspirator, Jaynie Mae Baker, is reported to be considering turning herself in today. Cops have said they want to question her on promoting prostitution charges. Baker reportedly worked at an online matchmaking firm and allegedly was a colleague of Gristina’s.
Both could face up to seven years if convicted.
