An Attleboro sober house manager was arrested after police found an expansive archive of CDs and DVDs of kiddie porn in his home.

The Attleboro Sun Chronicle reportsMichael W. Paterson, 51, a manager of the sober house at 115 County St., also collects federal disability payments, but had an office safe stuffed with $71,000 in mostly $100 bills.

In addition to the hundreds of CDs and DVDs police found, investigators also discovered a stun gun and a starter's pistol in the safe and another $2,000 in his car.

When asked about the porn, Paterson told police"that's what floats my boat."

Paterson was revealed to police after another resident of the sober home claimed he had walked into Paterson's office twice while he was watching child pornography. He quickly turned the computer both times.

The articles continues, adding that when police executed the search warrant, they found Paterson in the office with images of naked boys on his computer screen.
