The Benjamin Franklin Museum is back.
After two years and more than $23 million in renovations, the underground museum, located at 3rd and Market, will reopen on Saturday, Aug. 24, according to the National Parks Service.
Dedicated in 1976, the Old City exhibition stands in the same spot as Franklin's original Philadelpia home.
The gallery added new artifacts, computer animations, and interactive displays, according to the website.
Admission will be free on both Saturday and Sunday, according to its website.
