A Bensalem teen has been charged with raping several underage girls since he moved to the Philadelphia suburb from Ohio last year.
Joshua Benson, 18, was arraigned in a Bucks Count courtroom Thursday on charges he sexually assaulted two girls, NBC10 reports. He is also accused of violently raping at least five other girls before he turned 18.
The sexual assaults began in December 2012. All victims were ages 14 to 16, according to the report.
Benson is being held in Bucks County Prison on $5 million bail. He was being held in a juvenile detention center on charges alleging he assaulted the five girls while he was underage.
Police believe there are many more victims, and are urging them to come forward to report the crimes.
