A man who infamously served a six-month jail term for his 1984 shooting of four black teenagers on the subway was released without bail the day after he was busted selling pot to an undercover cop.
Bernie Goetz , was arrested Friday night in Union Square Park for selling $30 worth of marijuana to the undercover officer, the Daily News reports. He was charged with criminal sale of marijuana and faces up to a year in jail if convicted. He was released without bail the next day.
