Boston’s food scene is exploding, but we here already knew that.
If there was any doubt left, Bon Appetit’s latest list should help get rid of it.
Greater Boston is home to four of the food magazine’s 50 nominees for America’s best new restaurants. The restaurants are Alden & Harlow in Cambridge, Ribelle in Brookline, Row 34 in Boston and Sarma in Somerville.
The magazine came up with the list with the help of “Foodist” Andrew Knowlton. While the restaurants vary in their style and food, they have one thing in common, the magazine said: “flat-out, ambitious deliciousness.”
The “Hot 10” list of the country’s best new restaurants comes out August 19.
