Boston blood drive to be held on Train-sylvania train

The Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company is holding its annual "train-sylvania" Halloween-themed Boston blood drive Thursday at South Station to benefit Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber.

The Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company is holding its 3rd annual "train-sylvania" Halloween-themed Boston blood drive Thursday at South Station to benefit Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber.

The drive will be held aboard a train on Track 8 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Those who donate will get a free Halloween long-sleeve T-shirt while supplies last.

Appointments are recommended. Those interested may call 617-222-8127 or email sherry.rosen@mbcr.net to register.
