Boston ranked third for best recent-grad city

In a survey conducted by Apartments.com, Boston came in third place on a list of the top 10 best cities for recent college graduates and average rent prices for a one bedroom apartment.

Beating out Beantown for the top spots were Hartford and New Haven Connecticut, who shared the top slot, and Cleveland, who ranked second out of the 10 surveyed cities.

In conjunction with CareerRookie.com, the fourth annual “Top 10 Best Cities for Recent College Graduates” list was based on the ranking of top U.S. cities with the highest concentration of young adults ages 20 to 24 from the U.S. Census Bureau, inventory of jobs requiring less than one year of experience from CareerRookie.com and the average cost of rent for a one bedroom apartment from Apartments.com.
