Boy, 12, choked and robbed for his iPod

Two adults are being sought by police for allegedly choking a 12-year-old boy and stealing his iPod in the Bronx.

The victim was walking near Mansion Street and Lawrence Avenue about 4 p.m. on Sept. 8 when the suspects approached him, put him in a chokehold and took his iPod, police said.

No injuries were reported.

One suspect is described as a black male, 23 to 25 years old, 5-foot-10 and weighing 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red hat and red shirt.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic female, with braids and wearing a black T-shirt.
