A bullet grazed the back of a 9-year-old boy's head in Northeast Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The boy was shot around 3:30 p.m. on the 4000 block of Knorr Street in Tacony, police said.

He suffered a graze wound to the right side of the back of his head.
He was transported to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, but his condition is not yet known.
No arrests have been made, and police said they are still investigating.
