A former state rep from South Boston was indicted Thursday on charges he failed to report campaign contributions properly.
According to Attorney General Martha Coakley, Brian Wallace didn’t preserve expense records stemming from contributions in 2008, totaling more than $6,000.
He couldn’t provide backup documentation when asked, according to Coakley.
Wallace represented the Fourth Suffolk District in the House from 2003 to January 2011.
