An 80-year-old Bucks County man was released and then returned to prison after police tacked on additional sexual abuse and child pornography charges, records show.
Thomas Holiday, of Edgewood Road in Lower Makefield Township, was first arrested Saturday for allegedly sexually abusing a girl from the age of 15 and documenting the abuse in photographs and video. He posted 10 percent of $10,000 bail Sunday night.
Lower Makefield police filed additional charges after reviewing upward of 70 pictures and DVDs taken from Holiday’s home. He faces 62 charges of various sexually related charges.
