Busted for using counterfeit cash

GREENVALE – Jenkins David, 31, gave a PC Richard & Son clerk eight crisp $100 bills for a $790.90 purchase at the Greenvale store on March 3. After he left the store, the clerk discovered that six of the eight bills were counterfeit. David then returned to the store with his receipt and asked for a cash refund. He was later arrested by U.S. Secret Service and Nassau County detectives.
