Eight people were injured when a car collided into a Bronx storefront late Monday morning.

Authorities said that five individuals were taken to Jacobi Medical Center. Three others reportedly suffered non-serious injuries, fire department officials said.

 

Emergency officials responded to the C&C Market Research office at 1454 East Ave. in Parkchester at around 11:28 a.m., shortly after a Dodge Charger crashed into the office.

Early reporting from the New York Post said that the driver lost controland veered into the building while driving down the commercial strip.
