Citi Bike is turning 1 on Tuesday and New Yorkers can share in birthday festivities.

 

Here's what you can do to celebrate:

 

-- $1 Day Passes: Normally $9.95, 24-hour passes will be available for $1 from 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday. Citi Bike Ambassadors will also be at stations with the highest use by short-term riders to encourage New Yorkers and visitors to try the bike share.

 

--Birthday Cupcakes: Ambassadors will distribute decorated cupcakes at 17th Street and Broadway from 11 a.m. until they run out. The treats will also be handed out at West and Chambers Streets beginning at 4 p.m.

-- 4-Year Membership Sweepstakes: Tweet #HBDCitiBike through 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday to win a Citi Bike pass for four years, courtesy of Citi.
