BOSTON. Suffolk prosecutors plan today to file a document that will end the case against the late Craigslist killer Philip Markoff.

The filing will formally terminate the case against Markoff, who killed himself in his Nashua Street Jail cell last month.

Markoff was accused of killing Julissa Brisman, 25, at Marriott Copley hotel last year. He was also charged with robbing another woman at a Boston hotel. He met both women on Craigslist.

The Rhode Island attorney general’s office will also dismiss charges against him. He was accused of robbing a woman in a Warwick hotel after also meeting her on Craigslist.
