BRONX. Parishioners from a Bronx church that lost six members in a horrifying car crash upstate gathered Sunday to pray and share their grief.
“We know God never makes mistakes,” church member Jay Goving told the Daily News.

Bishop Simon White, 55, founder of the Joy Fellowship Christian Academy, his wife Zelda, 52, and four other members were killed Saturday afternoon when a back tire on their van burst causing the vehicle to flip on the New York State Thruway. Eight others in the van survived the crash. Most of those who died were thrown from the vehicle, according to reports.
Some 100 people gathered at the small Pentecostal church yesterday, the News reported.
