On top of the $1,000 reward offered by the Citizen's Crime Commission, the city of Philadelphia has announced a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the two suspects who shot fatally three people in a Mill Creek grocery store.
The armed suspects entered Lorena's Grocery Store on September 6 shortly before 8 p.m. and shot and killed the store's owner, his wife and his sister as the couple's two daughters watched. They then fled north on 50th Street.
Along with surveillance camera footage made public the day after the murder, police have now released pictures of a mid-2000s Ford Econoline work van found in the area during the time the homicides occurred. The white van has two right-side swing-out cargo doors and identical lettering on both sides that extends onto the right-side window.
