BRONX – The ninth and final suspect in last week’s gay-bashing attack in the Bronx was arrested yesterday. Rudy Vargas-Perez, 22, is accused along with eight other gang members of burning gay victims with cigarettes and slashing them with box cutters on Oct. 3, as well as sodomizing them with a plunger handle.
