QUEENS – Police pulled over a man during a routine traffic stop yesterday in Jamaica, Queens — and found bomb-making materials in his car. The man, in his 30s, had a car battery, fertilizer and glass jars filled with aluminum shavings in his car, all used to make homemade explosives, according to the police. The FBI was notified.
