Police said at least 11 vehicles were found torched in different spots around Harlem early yesterday morning.
The vehicles were burned from 1:45 a.m. to 6:35 a.m., according to the police, and the locations were around West 140th to 150th Streets in Harlem.
The suspect is described as a black man of unknown age, thin to medium build and bald with a dark complexion.
Cops said he was wearing a dark t-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers with a light blue drawstring backpack.
