Hannah Harris, 69, allegedly stole purses from the Brooklyn establishments in June. The first reported incident took place on June 22 at around 10:20 p.m.
A 45-year-old said her purse went missing from her table at Mullanes Bar & Grille in Fort Greene. Surveillance video showed Harris walking out of the restaurant on foot.
Investigators also linked Harris to a purse snatching on June 1 at the Tea Lounge in Park Slope at around 11 p.m., reportedly grabbing the bag while it was unattended.
Police said local detectives identified Harris and approached her at her Boerum Hill apartment, where they arrested her on Tuesday afternoon.
Harris faces two grand larceny charges and one count of criminal possession of stolen property.
