Cops seek attempted rapist

NEW YORK. Police are searching for a man who tried to rape a woman after following her from the subway. The 18-year-old entered the subway at 149th Street and Grand Concourse unsure of what train to take. The man, in his 30s and about five-foot-six to five-foot-eight, offered her help. At 125th Street and Lexington Avenue he walked off the train with her and convinced her to enter a building with him where he attempted to rape her. She fled to the roof and he left the building.
