Cops seek man in Manhattan attempted rape

This man is accused in a sexual assault that happened at 110th Street and Central Parkway.

Police are searching for a man in connection with an attempted rape case in Upper Manhattan.

The female victim, 36, was exiting the subway station at 110th Street and Cathedral Parkway about 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 4, police said. The suspect approached the woman from behind and pulled her pants down. The victim began to scream and the suspect fled.

Police released a sketch of the man, who is described as being 35 years old, 6 feet tall and 250 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black cap, black sneakers and a waist-length black jacket.
