Police yesterday asked the public’s help in identifying a gunman who shot a 9-year-old boy in the leg in East Flatbush. The boy was riding his bike near East 45th Street and Church Avenue around 8 p.m. when the stray bullet struck him. The suspected shooter was caught on security video as he fled.
