Councilman interrupts Gov. Cuomo

City Councilman Charles Barron had his own “You lie!” moment Sunday, interrupting Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s speech to the Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators to chant “Tax the rich!” Barron decried Cuomo’s budget as “draconian” and demanded Cuomo extend the millionaire’s tax.
