A Saudi prince who ran down a 37-year-old Cambridge man in the Theater District with his BMW and then left the country without serving his probation can be arrested if he returns to the U.S.
The state Supreme Judicial Court yesterday ruled against Bader al-Saud’s appeal to dismiss a warrant.
He served a year in prison for the 2002 fatal crash and was ordered to serve two years’ probation.
While he made clear his intention to leave the U.S. upon his release, that’s no excuse, the court ruled.
