A 50-year-old Bay Shore woman was airlifted to Stony Brook University Medical Center after the car she was riding in turned over and struck a tree on Sunrise Highway in East Islip yesterday morning. Passenger Beatrice Neree was listed in critical condition, while the driver, Cindy Neree, 20, was transported to Southside hospital with minor injuries.
