Jon Stewart once more took aim at Staten Island Congressman Michael Grimm on Wednesday night's "The Daily Show."

Grimm pleaded not guilty on Monday to a series of charges related to his management of an Upper East Side restaurant called Healthalicious, including more than $1 million of unreported wages and sales as well as the hiring of undocumented employees.

Stewart rolled video of U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch listing the 20 counts behind Grimm's indictment.

"You know, I'm in a bit of a hurry here," Stewart said. "Why don't you just name all the s— he didn't do."

Stewart went on to call Grimm's case "classic Northeastern corruption."

"You got your hot-headed public official, massive bust by the feds — all it's missing is shady back-room dealings in a dank restaurant," Stewart added.

Healthalicious didn't match up with Stewart's image of an "Italian joint" of old, prompting him to ask if this was what Northeastern corruption has come to and providing Grimm with suggestions for new eateries, such as Kale to the Chief and Miso Healthy.

In January, the comedian devoted airtime to defend the honor of NY1 after Grimm threatened to throw one of the station's reporters from a balcony after asking about ongoing investigations into the lawmaker's practices.
