A Dorchester woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly jetted through the fare gates at Quincy Center MBTA Station without paying.

Lindsey Hurld, 30, is accused of sneaking into the station as a customer was exiting around 9:50 p.m., transit police said.

Officers approached Hurld for the purpose of issuing a citation and subsequently discovered there was a warrant in existence for Hurld’s arrest issued out of Quincy District Court for larceny over $250.00.

She was also issued a citation for fare evasion.
