One bullet struck Borum in the side of the chest, who was sitting on her porch getting her hair braided.
She was pronounced dead at 10:21 p.m. at Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania.
Woods' alleged target with whom he was arguing was shot in the head and is in critical condition at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania.
