The NYPD has arrested a man they say is responsible for a fatal hit and run in Manhattan last weekend.
Doohee Cho, 33, was hit around 3:15 a.m. Saturday as he attempted to cross Fifth Avenue between East 16 and East 15 streets. He was hit by a white, two door sedan that fled the scene, police said.

Paramedics found Cho in the road with severe head trauma, and he was pronounced dead on arrival at Bellevue Hospital.
The NYPD released a video of the vehicle the following day, and the suspect, Macgyver Beltran was arrested on Tuesday, police said.
Beltran, 25, of Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn, is facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident involving death.
