Popular Comedy Central television show "Drunk History" set a season two premiere date and this year, one of their storytelling ventures starts at a Philadelphia bar.
"Drunk History" is a web series turned comedy show, created by Derek Waters and Jeremy Konner, where an intoxicated narrator tells a — usually convoluted — story from an event in American history while actors lip sync the dialogue. Big names have appeared in the series including Jack Black, Bob Odenkirk, Winona Ryder and more.
The 10-episode second season begins on June 24 and earlier this year, Waters and company shot at McGillin'sOlde Ale House in Center City. Other featured cities include Baltimore, Charleston and Honolulu.
