Philadelphia man Edward Sheed was today sentenced to up to 60 years in prison for the 2011 shooting of Marvin Brown who is now confined to a gurney, said officials with the district attorney's office.

Sheed, 22, shot Brown at close range multiple times over a cell phone. Brown was left a quadriplegic. He testified against his shooter.
