Some have already made moves to acquire this lavish penthouse owned by Long Island real estate developer Steven Klar. Located in the CitySpire building in Midtown at 150 West 56th Street, Raphael De Niro, son of Robert De Niro, is reported as having the exclusive listing on the octagonal slice of heaven overlooking New York City.
Prudential Douglas Elliman calls the triplex a “one-of-a kind gem” in their listing, citing architect Juan Pablo Molyneux’s mastery of “the original raw space” into “an aristocratic interior with inlaid marble floors, stately columns, gold draperies and candeliers.”
This hot item apartment’s interior also includes a Versailles-inspired chestnut floor, a formal gallery, conference room and an elegant private study.
The apartment is so grand it even comes with an entire floor reserved below, to be used as a staff apartment or space for guests.
