Naim Jabbar, 43, was sentenced to up to seven years in prison Thursday for intentionally bumping into men in Midtown and then blaming them for breaking his eyeglasses. He would then demand the men pay him either $40 or $60 for the glasses, according to the Manhattan DA’s office.
